Bramleys provided a rapid. quality service to market and sell our unoccupied former rental property - getting the property to market rapidly in the context of an approaching double bank holiday Platinum Jubillee. The property was on the market within 7 working days of initial contact. Bramleys were flexible in adapting the initial valuation to match our own assessment of value. The property was sold for £16k above the asking price 8 days after being marketed after many viewings had been conducted by Bramleys with no involvement in hosting viewings by us - even over a weekend. Completion did not take place until 5 months after the offer was made but this was due to the buyer not being fully open that there was a need to wait until an early repayment mortgage fee period had lapsed. Bramleys provided regular, clear updates throughout the whole process and accurate guidance about which offer to accept - the buyer paid the price at Completion that they initially offered so we received £16k more than the asking price.

Bramleys' have managed and let our rental properties since we bought them 9 years ago. They were originally recommended to us by a competing Huddersfield letting agent who had recently retired. They have always provided a terrific service, handled tenant issues quickly and effectively, and provided peace of mind. They have provided an equally prompt and reliable service to our tenants. We have an excellent Property Manager assigned to us, Helen Lloyd, who is alway on hand to provide advice. We value the efficient billing, statement and payment process, with which we have never had issue, and the tradesmen they have appointed on our behalf have alway done a good job. The recent change of tenants in one of the properties was seamless. Bramleys' marketing of the property resulted in a large number of potential tenants being shown the property, and in turn rendered us with a good set of applicants. We would highly recommend Bramleys.

We lived in a flat managed by Bramleys for over a decade and during this time they always acted in a professional and courteous manner. On occasions where we needed their assistance, such as a boiler breakdown, they were great, getting people out to put right the problem usually within the day. I recall one instance where a boiler fault was put right within a couple of hours. Overall we couldn't have asked for more from a letting agent.
