Total Joke. Another cancellation but failed to notify me, 70 miles worth of petrol (there and back) said they would have rung me at 1pm but i had set of at 11am for a 12noon viewing...fuming !!!

GoogleFantastic service - my property sold within a week and I had offers at asking price within 3 days of it going on the market. I was worried about my property selling due to its location next to a mill - Bramleys were great at dealing with this and priced the property just right so people were competing to offer on it.

GoogleBramleys were great. They kept me up to speed with all the goings on behind the scenes and communicated well with all parties involved with the move. Although it was a little stressful at times, overall I would definitely recommend Bramleys to friends or family.

GoogleRecently Bramleys sold my late brothers house for me. Living away from Huddersfield I thought it could be difficult to do all the things needed to be done for a house sale. Bramleys were very professional and did everything to make sure the the sale ran as smoothly as a house can. I can thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleBramleys are always so professional and ensure that any problems or issues are carried out immediately. I’ve had a few issues with things at home such as boiler/ burglar alarm/ leaks since moving here in 2018 and they’ve sorted everything out so quickly. I recently had a major leak when a pipe split on the boiler and it flooded the whole house from the third floor to the ground floor, it blew the electrics on the second and first floor. Bramleys got everything done so quickly, new electrics, flooring, fixed the boiler, just waiting on the walls to be painted. You’ve been amazing at how quick you dealt with my nightmare, just before Christmas too!! Thank you again, highly recommended estate agent!PositiveValue

Googlein reply to the post below, I did attend your property to value it. Before your wife joined us you showed me around the house that was in a part finished state. You stated you wanted to continue and extend further into the roof, but you had to persuade your wife as she was the one who would finance it. I stated that at the figure you gave me for the cost of the work it would make sense to do the work. Your wife then joined us and i did say it was difficult to give you an exact figure as there was still quite a bit of work to be done, your wife seemed exasperated by this and stated others had given you the figures, i stated until i knew exactly what you were going to do i couldn't place an exact figure on it. I then said that i would recommend finishing it and doing the extra work as the price you had supplied me with was relatively cheap, again your wife to exception to this and said it wasn't cheap! I explained compared to the increase in value it was cost effective, again she disagreed with the figure i gave you for the finished house, and said the other agents didn't think it would bring that price. At this point i said i would leave as your wife disagreed with everything i was advising so the meeting seemed pointless, she then stated she would leave, stormed out of your Kitchen and went in to the Lounge slamming the door behind her, leaving you and I in the Kitchen. You were clearly embarrassed and as i started to leave said you hadn't spoken to me in any wrong way and asked me to stay, i didn't ignore you I said it was pointless me staying and left your house. There seemed little point in staying as your wife clearly didn't agree with the advice i was giving and she obviously didn't want to do the work on the house you wanted to.

Having dealt with a number of local agencies who sadly fell short of service expectations, both negotiators at Bramleys set a gold standard in terms of service, and responded in a timely manner to all of my enquiries. They went above and beyond in terms of communication and keeping myself and my solicitor in the loop with delays caused by both COVID-19 and Stamp Duty holiday(s). Were I to need an agency to represent any future sales, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Bramleys; as a buyer, I'd thoroughly recommended using them as search agents, also.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHaving gone through fairly adverse personal circumstances I found myself i need of a property fairly quickly and as stress free as possible (if moving house is at all stress free) From the initial interest in the property bramleys were quick to assist me further and expand on my options moving forward. Following an online viewing I was put in contact with Honor, who I found to be pleasant, punctual and professional from the get go. The application process was a breeze and any queries I had were promptly answered, at no point did I feel left in the dark or lingering over what was happening; I really do commend the level of communication I received as this in itself was one of the biggest potential stresses for me. All the checks and paper work were completed within a week. I was met at the property by honor (I think) and signed the tenancy, did a property check and inventory ect, this was again a very welcoming and friendly exchange. Having had tedious complications with other estate agents in the past I was very satisfied and happy with how things went and can't speak highly enough of all staff I encountered. I look forward to continuing my tenancy with bramleys 🏠 🔑 😊

As soon as they put the house on the market, we had numerous potential purchasers viewing the property (20 in the first week). Helen has kept me well informed throughout the process and every member of the team I have communicated with has been friendly and helpful. They were incredibly thorough with the property and the information I received upon moving in was above and beyond.
