GoogleBramleys was the estate agent used for the property that I purchased. Arranging viewings were straightforward and communication was good. I dealt mainly with Paulina once my offer was accepted. Communication was great which was essential as my Solicitors communication was poor. Upon completion I received a new home goodie box which was a nice surprise when I picked up the keys.

GoogleWe needed to go into rental as we decided to split the sale of our property and the property we were buying, Bramleys made it so simple, quick and efficient. After viewing the property, a few admin details and we are in our lovely rental in 2 weeks. Michelle was a dream to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and proficient throughout the whole process. GoogleUntil recently we were tenants of a property that we rented via Bramleys for just short of 11 years. Staff were always on the ball re arranging gas safety checks & inspections. When we reported any issues, they were dealt with efficiently & bar 1 problem, the workmen they employed were efficient & able to deal with any tasks.

Their high quality services and expertise meant that we were able to generate a lot of interest in a relatively short time. Every member of staff we dealt with at Bramleys struck the perfect balance of professionalism with a very human touch - they managed the expectations of all parties beautifully and when the inevitable hiccups occurred, they provided a very steady hand on the rudder. I would not hesitate to recommend Bramleys and would definitely use them again.

Total Joke. Another cancellation but failed to notify me, 70 miles worth of petrol (there and back) said they would have rung me at 1pm but i had set of at 11am for a 12noon viewing...fuming !!!

GoogleUseless put application in waited 2 weeks to be told let it someone else i had to ring up as well and wen we went to veiw they had booked us in on wrong day they said will call to let us no done it too us with another house too not happy at all
