GoogleI cannot rave enough about Martin and co rowan is fab and Rosie. Recommend by a friend who used them and excellent, sold my house in 6 weeks thanks so much. GoogleWe let a property through Martin and co for 2 and a half years. We found them to be helpful, supportive and nothing was too much of a problem. Always have a prompt response so when we needed them. Would certainly recommend them if you are in the market for either a rental property or if you are buying.

GoogleMy agent was a lady called Rowan Williams. I can't praise her highly enough. Buying a house can become very complicated and Rowan gave me guidance all the way through and answered emails and calls promptly every time. If I ever need to sell my house I wouldn't hesitate to contact Rowan. Thank you Martin & co.

GoogleThis agency are very prompt in their responses, clear about costs and timing and keep you in the loop with what is happening. Having both dealt with them from a rental and purchasing/selling perspective I have found the service to be excellent. They are also pro-active with trying to find resolutions that are bespoke and not generic.

GoogleI found Martin and Co to be complacent, unprofessional and careless. This business cost me time and money. Lucky for them another buyer was found after wasting my time for months when stringing me along with a buyer that could never afford my house. Not to mention disclosure of personal information.
