GoogleTracy and Ian have been absolutely wonderful throughout my first property purchase. As a first-time buyer, the process felt quite overwhelming at times, especially when my first purchase fell through after my lender unexpectedly walked away.
Tracy and Ian were incredibly supportive during that difficult moment and helped me move forward with a second property. Tracy, in particular, has been very professional, attentive, and proactive, she even carried out regular checks on the property and identified issues early, which gave me a lot of reassurance.
I have viewed properties with quite a few agents, and while some may be more talkative, Tracy is truly someone who gets things done. Both Tracy and Ian have clearly gone the extra mile, and I really appreciate all the effort and care they have put into helping me secure my home.

Tracy organised getting the repairs done to my property, prior to the tenant moving in and the cleaning staff did an amazing job. Especially a big "Thank You" to the person who cleaned the oven. I never thought it would ever be as clean as it is now.

The lady who called me was rude and put me on hold as soon as I said this is why we were looking for a valuation. She then told me they were too busy to come out to the house to value it - basically thought we were time wasters. This is not a professional practice and we will not be recommending these to anyone looking to sell their house.

GoogleTerrible Management agent. Tracey Robinson detrimentally affected a personal friend of mine’s Health. She has ignored the fact my friend is in hospital and fighting for a life. She does not have many months to live but the compassion from this lady is non-existent. She has caused numerous problems as she does not understand legalities of managing a property for a client. If I were you I would avoid this agent. It also seems that Complaints are falling on deaf ears and they are putting more obstacles in the way. We will stand united and we will make this public.

GoogleWe could not recommend Martin & Co more highly as an estate agent. We recently sold our house with them and also bought our new property through them too. It was out first sale and Ian guided us through every step of the way. He was professional, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure both the sale and purchase ran smoothly. They are the cheapest estate agent in Hucknall to sell your property with, but were by far the most professional and knowledgeable. We had dealings with other agents in Hucknall who we found to be very patronizing unresponsive so Martin's were a breath of fresh air. Ian was with us every step of the way from the valuation through to sale negotiations, then he found us our new property before it went to market and followed through on all the sales progression personally. The process would have been infinitely more stressful without him as it was a huge chain with many complications, but he was never too busy to offer advice and support. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was the best money we spent in the entire process of moving house. Thank you so much, we will be forever grateful to you for our forever home!

Processed queries quickly with positive customer relations, and treated us with respect by always ensuring we were politely asked before any visits to the premises were conducted (not many agencies actually adhere to this courtesy in practice from our experience!).
Whilst this point is of course dependant on how you treat your rental home(!), they also liaised effectively with the landlord and returned our deposit in full within two weeks of us vacating the property, in addition to managing the check-out procedure to accommodate our work schedules, which made the process such an easy and positive experience.
