Just completed on my sale of my house on Friday, which I'm sure as most who have done it understand is very stressful and emotional so I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the team at Haart Hucknall who have helped make the whole process possible , especially Kurtis and Kendal who were there from the first viewing , Kendal is so lovely , bubbly and quick to answer any queries and Kurtis again great genuine guy who really did bend over backwards to help me make sure my house was ready to move in, I really appreciate it Kurtis 😊 . Maria also , the sales progresser was so understanding and helpful. I felt she again was very genuine and invested in me completing on the day I needed, your a star. Thank you guys 🙌

Started off well with Hart. Kendall at Hucknall was absolutely brilliant and this review is by no way aimed at her. I would have given 5 stars for her. We brought a house from Hart. Poor service throughout the buying process. We sold with another well known estate agent who were professional, in very regular contact and knowledgeable about what was going on in the chain by speaking to my solicitor / buyers. Harts unfortunately didn't do the same. Maria came across, sometimes very aggressive. Generally not aware of what stage of the process we were at, unlike my estate agent. Took time to call back, said she would call back with an update and then didn't, instead just sending a short and quick email. We requested a final viewing at the end of the buying process (at the recommendation of our solicitor). Maria moaned that this would be happening during Tier 3 / start of lockdown 2. We viewed the house in Lockdown 1!!! Surprise, surprise, she never came back to me on this. Maria caused me more worry at the end of my buying process than anyone else. I'm sorry to say I wasn't impressed and wouldn't use Hart based on dealing with Maria .NegativeQuality, Professionalism
