Rented from haart last year, tenancy ended 2nd July. Trying to get a deposit back is unreal and we've now been contacted saying we've caused damages to the property (which we haven't they were already there) we have said this on the phone but the landlord is pricing it up apparently. I actually have video evidence of the damages before even moving in. Trying to contact them in regards to anything is impossible. Do not rent from haart, I definitely won't be ever again.NegativeValue

Would not recommend haart Hucknall to anyone. Absolute joke of an estate agency. Every time you ring no one answers the phone, calls are transferred to the ‘concierge’ because haart Hucknall can not be bothered to pick up. No one returns your calls even after leaving a message with the concierge. Absolutely no communication between the office staff! I was told over Easter bank holiday that staff were closing the office early and heading home, rather than working on getting my property viewings. We actually missed out on a viewing because haart Hucknall couldn’t be bothered to arrange a time and get in touch with a possible buyer. Apparently they was too busy as it was Easter bank holiday they wanted to spend time with their families rather than sell properties which is their job! Curtis valued our property far too high compared to other estate agents, he also didn’t get us any viewings, failed to contact us, update us or even call us back. We had to email haart Hucknall in the end that was the only point of contact with them ignoring the phone lines constantly at all hours of the day. We will never be choosing haart as a option for any of our properties again after such an awful experience. Staff members should be looked at closely clearly they need re training and more experience in communicating with each other and their clients. Disgusting service.
