GoogleMy father passed away last year and I have had to sell his house. I contacted Haarts and they professional and advised me on price range etc. They managed the sale really well and Soraya Rankin, who was my contact kept regular contact and provided communication between myself and the purchaser really well. Haart’s also dealt with sale of my fathers previous house and where equally as professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
Hi Rob! Thankyou for your lovely review! Kind regards haart x

GoogleThey delivered on the key issue, house sold very quickly at a good price. In my opinion their sales consultant is good but well over stretched & therefore some things slip. Maria the post sale co-ordinator was excellent! Timely responses to questions via e-mail, good sense of humour & very professional - for me, Maria is the 5 star in this agency!
Dear Ian, thank you very much for your review as the feedback you provide is extremely important to us.

GoogleSearching for my first home and I can honestly say Stephanie Newsome has been nothing short of amazing. Of all the estate agents I’ve used (and trust me, there’s many) she seems to be the only person who is actually helping me find my home and not just in it for the sale! A true credit to the business! Thank you Stephanie!
Dear Chenai, thank you so much for your rating and kind words. Stephanie is also very thankful of your comments and is determined to find you your dream home.

GoogleA big thank you Holly. We wanted a quick valuation on our property and you came round to us within a few days. Your usual professional approach and friendly attitude hasn't changed from our long history of you dealing with our buying & selling needs in the past. Wont hesitate going forward should we decide positively. Denise & Kevin

GoogleI was contacted by Haart's Hucknall, by Soraya. I would like to say at this moment of the call I was fed up and completely over with looking for a property. Soraya gently heard me and coached me through a process which i hasn't really understood. This work ethic had took me on the journey to secure a home. Soraya even did the extra work to ensure i was left with the full understanding or what was happening ever step of the way. even if the property fell through, I believe i feel very comfort to say I am happy and thankful for Soraya to have taken the job.

GoogleFrancesca Pezzota has been a very polite and helpful staff member and gone the extra mile to assist us. She builds a good rapport up with clients and helps them achieve their objective by showing them what they require only. She is an asset to Haarts and I would not be surprised if she got head hunted by another agent.
Dear Mr Sood, thank you so much for your rating and kind words. It is also very pleasing to hear that you were impressed by Francesca in particular and she will be very happy to read your comments. Thanks again.

GoogleHart were absolutely brilliant and worth every penny. Our house gathered interest very quickly and it didn't take long to find a buyer. Throughout the twists and turns that happen when you sell a house Maria in particular was an absolute star who really was a great support throughout the whole process and so knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend them!

GoogleI would like to thank Haarts for trying to find a new home for us. Charlotte at the Hucknall Haarts branch was always particularly helpful and always cheerful on the phone. Although we did find a home through another agent I do feel confident that Charlotte would have gone the extra mile to keep us posted with new properties
Dear Teresa, thank you for your rating and review. It's a shame that the house you found wasn't through us but it's great to hear you received such great service. Good luck with your new home.

GoogleSecond time I’ve used Haart and it’s been very slick and relatively easy. I’ve just left their Hucknall office after spending an hour going over all the paperwork for my current sale. Without the professional and friendly help given to me through both selling and buying from the girls (especially Maria and Francesca), I would have struggled, great service!
Dear Mr Carr, thank you very much for taking the time to review our services. Your comments are very important to us and thank you for being a repeat client of haart Hucknall.
