GoogleI have been in the property for 6 months now, and I must say this is the best renting experience so far. In my 12 yrs in UK this is the most effective service I had: after reporting 3 problems (shower, lock and electricity) they have responded immediately and started working on fixing it the very next day! I am very impressed how caring and helpful they are. I highly recommend this letting agency.

GoogleI have moved twice through Sam and the team at Simply Lettings and on both occasions have found them to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I recently had to move very quickly and Sam went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place within a very tight timeframe. I really can't recommend them highly enough!

GoogleSimply Lettings are by far the best letting agency we have ever used. Kind, considerate and thoughtful in their actions. Not only did they suggest a house that actually met our criteria (unlike others) they also help make our move simple and easy. Sam and his team are excellent. If you are moving to Brighton, use them!

Hi Susan - thank you for your review. The light was reported to the landlords contractor when you first reported it. As you informed me last week it hasn’t been done I got someone there within 24 hours and is now resolved, you’re welcome. Unfortunately I cannot control the level of noise by builders but the landlord has provided you with a rent reduction to compensate.

GoogleFirst time renting through this agency, and everything went so quickly and smooth, with no problems whatsoever. Francesco, Karen and Sam are all very kind, and always ready to help, and explain everything very clearly and make sure we understand everything completely.
