GoogleFrank and the team at Simply Lettings were very helpful, their approach was professional, quick and efficient, without forgetting they are dealing with actual humans! My move was particularly complex but Simpy Lettings did all they could to reduce any delays or unnecessary stress. My daughter and I have been living in our new home for 2 months now and we are so happy. I would recommend Simply Lettings to anyone looking to move home.

Googleawful customer service. can’t apologise when they’re in the wrong. the guy on the Simply Lettings emergency number line gave me the wrong number for the landlord out of hours number TWICE which left me locked out all night (i was told from this SL manager/employee to leave a voicemail on provided number and someone would be with me in an hour to help me in) no one ever came obviously and they point blank refuse to even say sorry for their mistake…
Hi Cleo - I think you’re getting confused as we do not manage your property out of hours, we provided you with the landlord details and out of office contact information when you moved in. We cant be held responsible for the amount of time it took for your landlord to come back to you! More than happy to discuss tomorrow should you wish! Have a nice Sunday . EDIT: Cleo this is not true, i spoke to you twice and gave you the correct number twice. Furthermore you had been given the landlords contact details in your information pack!

GoogleI have used multiple estate agents in the past and Simply Lettings have comfortably been the best. They were very friendly and honest whilst still professional and efficient, and they genuinely wanted to ensure maximal happiness for all parties involved. Frank went over and above to ensure that we got the place we wanted and we were kept really well informed throughout the whole process.

Googlespeedy replies from the staff. Carly is especially helpful. helped me and 3 students find a lovely home, right near uni. Sam the letting agent was also super helpful and must've received around 10000 calls from every day. but they were always lovely and made finding a home as easy as it can be.

GoogleUnfortunately they think they can bully tenants into doing viewings whenever they please regardless of asking the tenant. Then behave unprofessionally when you challenge them as 17 viewings in 1 viewing slot was not convenient so they decided to take it upon themselves to enter the property without permission. Having dealt with many other letting agents in the area, I have never come across a company with such low standards.
Hi Louis - Many thanks for finding the time to write this review! We haven’t bullied you into anything! We are allowed to carry out viewings within the last month of your tenancy providing we give you 24 hours notice. We gave you in excess of 24 hours notice for viewings and you asked for very limited time slots which we adhered to even though it was very inconvenient for prospective tenants. You then demanded that we could only have a certain amount of viewings within the given time slot meaning we had to cancel a lot of viewings for the second time. You have wasted an incredible amount of time for us as a company, prospective tenants and your landlord. Putting that aside it’s been a pleasure talking to you and wish you all the best in your next rented property! EDIT: Further to you amending your review Louis I would like to clarify your new points. Firstly we have NEVER stepped foot into the property you're currently renting so that is a blatant lie. Secondly, you gave us very limited and strict viewing slots so we had no choice but to book in block viewings. At no stage did you ask us to limit the amount of viewings during the agreed viewings times. Your review contradicts all others and we don't appreciate your fabricated & false comments.

GoogleCame cross country to move down to Brighton, first place we viewed we took. A big thanks to Frank, who was very friendly, honest and efficient, was a big help through out the process. Was the best experience we have had moving and will be using Simply Lettings again in the future.

GoogleUPDATE: THE REPLY TO THIS REVIEW IS A HUGE LIE👇. THERES NO WAY TO REPLY TO THEIR WAFFLE SO IVE ADDED IT HERE. I arranged to view the property, but when I got there, spending 3 hours travel time, I was given reasons why I couldn’t have it. The agent felt a bit like the smiling assassin, as his smile wasn’t there to help me. He gave me a application form, it each step of the way, I was told I didn’t achieve what they were looking for. I had a guarantor, but even though my guarantor owns many businesses and properties, I still wasn’t good enough. He didn’t offer to help me in anyway, just showed his unprofessionalism in spitting me out at the quickest opportunity. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Would love to highlight to the landlord the joker that these guys are.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleSmooth process, supportive team, and very professional. I wouldn’t recommend more going with Simply lettings down in Brighton when looking to locate down here. From the amazing staff I dealt with (Robbie and Pedro) down to the quick professional process, they have made my move in a great experience and smooth. They stand out for sure from all letting agency’s I’ve dealt with in my 5 years renting!
