GoogleI only have great things to say about Sawyer & Co. Firstly, James Gunn (who is such a nice guy) took charge of the marketing and found a buyer for me pretty quickly. Him and his team were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. As the sale progressed, Bob Beaken (another very nice guy) worked tirelessly to ensure that the solicitors, for both sides, were keeping on top of things. It was really reassuring to have his expertise and input. He practically (virtually anyway) held my hand throughout the process. I would 100% recommend Sawyer & Co to anyone who is buying or selling.
