I'm a tenant with Sawyer and Co already for almost a year, from the beginning they were very helpful, all documents I signed with them online which was very easy and convenient way for such a busy person as me. Property had few faults but agency sorted them all. Flat didn't have a heating so my agent even negotiated this with the landlord and the heating was done, also they refreshed bathroom a bit, fixed my drafty windows and every time I needed something my agent responded very quickly, she is the best - Emma Marcantonio.
I'm very glad I've chosen Sawyer and Co.

View AgentsTerrible block management and worse customer service
Abysmal block management service. Zero concern for health & safety, and totally unresponsive. A serious ceiling leak in my former rented flat lasted for 8 months (may be fixed by now, I had to move because of it), ending up with a gaping filthy 1m hole in the ceiling, but "limited budget" meant they were leaving months between updates. All the while my house was flooding each time it rained since October 2016. They still, bizarrely, responded to this complaint claiming that they "had not acted improperly". I consider a functional ceiling to be fairly fundamental, but from the reaction of Sawyer & Co block management services, it was as if I was asking for luxury. They're fine when things are going well, but they honestly cannot be trusted to care for properties. I would be disgusted if I owned that property, or any managed by Sawyer & Co.

As a great representative of Sawyer and Co, Emma Marcantonio has always been professional, friendly and always makes me feel that, I, as a tenant are important to the her and the company for almost two years. .She deals with any problems within my flat, promptly and efficiently. She is brilliant at liaising between the landlord and myself and I am always confident that she is representing myself and my landlord in the best possible way. After many years of dealing with agents, as both a tenant and a landlord, inside and outside of London, I can highly recommend Sawyer and Co as an agent. They really are the best I have dealt with.

Miss Emma M. is a fantastic property manager. Her efficiency is impressive! She's so hardworking and replies me with concrete solutions within 1-2 working days. That's amazing! She's fair and professional. She changes my impression that estate company only helps landlords and unfair to tenants.
