GoogleI just received a poorly formatted and badly written "newsletter" from Sawyer & co. I have never signed up to any of their communications though. No better way to make me avoid their services if I ever need them.
Thank you for your further feedback, George. Firstly, we'd like to apologise for the typing error in our email. We were genuinely mortified when we spotted it. With regard to the formatting, the images in our newsletters need to be downloaded by your email app or browser before they will display. Sometimes this happens automatically, and sometimes it doesn't, depending on your settings. We're also very sorry that the unsubscribe link hasn't worked for you. As mentioned in our previous response to your earlier complaint, we'd really like to resolve this. It may simply be that your details are held under a different email address, or more than one address, which would explain why you're continuing to receive emails. If you could please reply to the email you've received, or contact us directly with the email address receiving these communications, we'll manually locate and remove every record we hold for you from our database. We appreciate your frustration and would welcome the opportunity to put this right.
