GoogleHad a viewing booked fo today that I didn’t get the voicemail for to say it was cancelled three days ago. The booking was confirmed by email yet no cancellation via email. The team knew I was coming from London. I’m a cash buyer. And the house owners were in and I was literally stood outside the house and I was still denied a viewing. Terrible communication, sellers not ready to sell and £60 wasted on journey a day off work I didn’t need to take just cause the estate agents were too lazy to send a simple email. Not interested with dealing with them now rather my fee for a cash buy went to a decent estate agent. If you do use them I highly recommend you treat them them with an inability to do the basic job expected from an estate agent which is to clarify a message has got through to a customer. Don’t deal with Elliot.
