GoogleI can honestly say I have never had such bad service. They have lied from start to finish and have charged me a fortune for this privilege. They have awful contractors who do not complete work and left me without hot water for 6 days after I got my property back without an explanation or any communication. Avoid at all cost.

GoogleAll contacts have been clear and relavant. The service Saywer and co have provided in both letting and management of my property has been efficient. Repairs have been carried out with speed and the prices charged from my incoming rent are fair. The staff are polite and friendly. I recommend Sawyer and Co for letting, managing. [

GoogleBob Beaken and Sawyer & Co were agents between us the buyer and the vendor. Throughout difficult circumstances and with many back and forths between us and the vendor, Bob and S&Co were professional and quick to respond to all our requests, and when it mattered made a big difference in us completing the purchase.
