GoogleI am a landlord with Sawyer & Co and the checkout of my latest tenants has not been simple with quite a lot of work needed to repair the flat. Spyros who is my property manager has been very helpful and taken a load of the stress out of the process. I am very happy with the level of service provided.

She was always prompt in her replies, well informed about the property, extremely helpful and friendly, and it has been a pleasure to have her as our property manager while we have been here.

GoogleI've had a few problems with a property that I let out. The tenant wasn't very helpful. Kerry-Anne and Mia at Sawyers have been wonderfully supportive and helped me get through a fairly complicated set of circumstances. I would recommend them both to anyone.

GoogleSawyers are one of the best agents in Brighton & Hove. I always use them to let my properties. They are professional, honest and super efficient. from, Kerry- Anne, Paige, Esme, Chloe & Spyros, they are all friendly and personable. They always get back to your emails. I wouldn't use any other agents.

GoogleDidn't think I'd ever be leaving a review of an agency as a tenant, but I have to say that Sawyer & Co have gone above and beyond to help me get into the home I wanted. Grace helped the landlord and me negotiate the rental quickly and fairly, and made the whole experience simple and smooth. Highly recommended.
