GoogleBought our home from this agent. In our experience they were unhelpful and unprofessional. Would not use them again.To top everything off they had the keys to our new home the day before we moved (without us knowing) and deliberately requested we wait for them to call us after completion. We waited a further 2 hours after we completed ( almost closing time) and still had not heard from them and chased in order to get keys to a property we had been in ownership of for a number of hours.
Thankyou for leaving us some feedback. We are sorry you haven't been happy with our service. Sometimes we don't get things right so apologies if you felt that we didn't meet the standards you were expecting. We completely understand that moving day is very stressful. We need to have confirmation that the funds have transferred to the sellers solicitor before we release the keys. Apologies for any delay in you picking the keys up. We hope you are enjoying your new home.
