GoogleI was needing to find a new home fast. Sawyer & Co have been fantastic. I was in in a week . Thanks to the great job and support of Chloe and Mia of the commercial team. And then, there were some small maintenance issues (bathroom and aerial) and Tracey as property manager dealt with it swiftly and efficiently. All of them with a smile and kindness. GoogleEveryone at Sawyer & Co were wonderful with keeping us informed and up-to-date with our move. Whilst it took a while for our references to clear through the automated system (nothing to do with Sawyer & Co)...the move and transfer of everything was incredibly smooth and fast moving. GoogleWas informed by Toby Hills that the property included the fridge and washing machine on display while viewing. Put a deposit down, moved in, only to find that the white goods were no longer there. Also discovered that the property had a flea infestation that they didn't seem at all interested in clearing (I was advised to go and buy flea spray from a nearby Vet's.) There was constant pressure for viewings in the last month, despite me making clear that I worked from home and block viewings would be preferred. I offered a table in the property for free to one of the sales staff Kerry-Anne, after she expressed an interest. After moving out, she changed her mind, and I was faced with the prospect of having to pay for its removal (the management department saw sense in the end). They're getting a two not a one because Joe Newman in management is a decent guy.

GoogleVery positive experience dealing with this agency. I was disappointed at not securing the first flat I looked at, but Lee went out of his way to help me find another similar, suitable property. I was late arriving to look at the property but Lee waited nearly half an hour for me to turn up and didn't complain when I arrived. The team at the agency made all the paperwork and process very easy and I the fees they charge are very reasonable compared to other agencies. I'd highly recommend this company!

GoogleMy first experience of Sawyers was over ten years ago as a tenant, and they did a great job. Since I first became a landlord six years ago, Sawyers have been finding me tenants,sorting out references, inventories, deposits and checking tenants out. They continue to give a great service. While I manage tenancies myself, I find it useful to have an agent like Sawyers involved and I think tenants do too. I always speak to Kerry-Anne if I need some advice and the team are responsive and efficient if something needs sorting out. I have also sold property through Sawyers and have had a similar experience. Lee managed our last sale and he remained cheerful and helpful throughout what became a drawn out and quite complicated sale.
