GoogleViewed a flat and told them almost immediately I was interested. I called in to put a deposit, was told I’d receive a call the next day which I did not. I had to chase a few times. When I finally heard back, they took all my referencing details and then went silent.
Almost 2 weeks later after numerous attempts to get in touch with them, they told me the landlord had selected a tenant and they hadn’t even processed my application. I’d stopped searching for a flat in that time, and they’d taken some sensitive data in order to process the application. They took it and went silent.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Really poor experience with 0 empathy shown.
