GoogleWe lived in our flat for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about Property Plus. I am usually quite cynical about Letting agents, but I must say they have restored my faith. GoogleI passed by the other day and there was a demonstration. They said Property Plus are evicting a tenant because he asked for repairs. They said he’s suffering from a medical condition and the flat isn’t in an inhabitable condition.Instead of doing their job, doing the right thing and fixing the flat, Property Plus are chucking him out. Should be embarrassed

GoogleLast Saturday I saw a group of people protesting against Property Plus lettings in Hove for evicting someone unfairly, they mentioned the tenant was unfairly treated and that his health is critically affected staying at the property, due to many outstanding repairs that have not yet been completed. This is very sad to hear and very bad for their reputation..!

GoogleReally great overall experience. My partner and I have been treated the best we could expect from a letting agency. Staff is really sympathetic and competent. If you're looking for something in their area, I'd start here!

GoogleI rented a place through these guys for three years. They were always fair getting the carpet cleaned when we asked them to on moving in, with maintenance requests, and fair with the inspection when we moved out. They always attended to maintenance promptly. Communication was good and could always reach these guys by phone or email.

GoogleNearly 4 years with these guys and easily the best letting agent I’ve rented through. Would have stayed with them if I could but wanted to move to a bigger place. Easily contactable via email or phone, problems fixed as quick as possible and very fair with deposit return in the end. Thanks guys.

They responded to any queries within 24 hours and were overall really quite accomodating with setting up, moving in and eventaully out. GoogleThoroughly unimpressed with Property Plus. I've only heard bad things and from what I've seen, they refuse to take responsibility for the living conditions of their tenants. No one should be evicted and face homelessness for asking for vital repairs. Would not recommend to rent from them.

GoogleA tenant of property plus is facing eviction because they asked for vital repairs. This is a revenge eviction. The tenant has a serious lung condition and has been hospitalised because of Property Plus' inaction! Shame on them!
