GoogleProperty plus was my letting agent for nearly 3 years. I found them extremely professional and helpful at all times. They responded to any queries or issues I had very promptly and assisted as best they could at all times. Communication and assistance was always very effortless. I left the property as I'm moving country and they made my departure very straight forward and stress free. I found Rob to be particularly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this letting agency.

Googlevery disappointed, i have had viewing on the flat which I was interested to rent, agent was very rude and he let me view the flat literally 2minutes. I've had some simple questions about the bills etc. which they couldn't answer and they promised to call me back, of course they never did. terrible customer service. Avoid them
Please may we speak to you regarding your comments, we feel very disappointed that you have been treated so poorly. It is quite unacceptable and this is not a true reflection regarding on our Company.

GoogleThey went above and beyond to find a flat that suited me, and respond quickly when issues in the flat arise or I have questions - which was important for me, since I hadn't lived in the UK before. I have no other UK Letting Agencies to compare with, and don't consider myself to be a complicated tenant with any extraordinary requests. For these circumstances, I give 4 stars instead of 5 - I simply don't know if they really are the best you can get. GoogleVery disappointed, had a viewing at 11am today and the male staff was extremely arrogant, no greetings, didnt tell through the property, no manners at all. I didnt even know his name, just gave me a name card with a name Robert Partridge printed on it. Perhaps my oriental face, but he had no idea how easy the property is affordable to me. Totally not recommended AT ALL.

GoogleA Property Plus tenant was hospitalised for a serious lung condition caused by the state of disrepair the property he rented was in. The agents refused to address the problem and evicted the tenant instead. They repeatedly refused to negotiate a solution and closed their office to avoid the conversation, hiring two security guards to stand outside the closed office to intimidate the tenant and the people trying to resolve the situation

GoogleFantastic agents. I have dealt with them for a number of years and have never been let down. All issues dealt with promptly and kept fully informed of any developments. Please ignore the negative comments about them as this appears to be a one off with probably more to the story than we know. I know many other happy tenants who would agree and reccomend them.

GoogleProperty Plus clearly only work to provide a service to landlords. They have no interest in treating tenants fairly. I myself have received very rude treatment on the phone when enquiring about properties, and I have heard about a case recently where they have staged a revenge eviction on a vulnerable tenant rather than proceed with vital repairs to his property. Would not recommend at all.
