GoogleI have lived in Brighton for 14 years and move a lot, with this I have had my fair share of letting agents and always assume and predict they will be awful.... This is NOT the case with Property Plus, from viewing my flat until vacating (moved purely because I have bought) the whole procedure was professional, efficient and friendly. Robert was always on hand to answer questions and deal with any issues that may have occurred, practically within 24 hours. I looked after the property and Property Plus looked after me. There were no disputes or reduction in the return of my deposit which has always been an issue in the past. Most letting agents take money off for the stupidest of things. Highly recommend Property Plus and Robert in particular :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI cnt recommend Robert and his team highly enough, he is a fab estate agent and very professional and so helpful, and by far the best estate agent I’ve had and I’ve rented a few properties in Brighton and Manchester over the years, he saved the day when I was originally meant to move into a flat, handed my notice in etc and on the second visit to the flat, we both notice a massive leak on the bedroom wall and obviously I was unable to move in, and Robert managed to sort out another flat for me to move into and made a very stressful situation a bit better! James, Rob and the team have been nothing but helpful and have looked after us over the seven year period. GoogleI rented an apartment through Property Plus and want to highlight the pleasant staff at the agency. In nearly two years, there was never a time when they didn’t respond to my requests or responded late. I really liked this agency, especially compared to others I’ve rented from before. The staff are friendly, responsible, and easy to communicate with.

GoogleWas renting a lovely flat from Property Plus for 2 years. When i moved in the flat was cleaned and freshly painted, which was great and made for an easy transition. When any issues or maintenance problems arose, they promptly replied and handled them. They were thorough, friendly and helpful throughout my tenancy. A great agent when living in Brighton.

On the rare occasion that we’ve had an issue at the property they have always been extremely efficient and helpful in getting the problem resolved. GoogleAvoid this agency when looking for a rental. Their management and communication was appalling throughout the tenancy. They then tried to keep a chunk of our deposit without evidence for why. We had to go through a deposit dispute and won easily

GoogleAgreed a flat viewing for Tuesday 9:35 AM, no one at property 5min later. Gave them a ring, turns out letting agent is inside the property and will come out shortly, no such thing happened of course. Tried calling them again twice, both calls weren't even answered, went online to check the property info and of course let has been agreed. Once they have a chance of not making money on you they will treat you like trash. I will never consider this agency for my future rentals or purchases and wouldn't recommend anyone else do too as they are extremelyunprofessional and this kind of behaviour will folow throughout the tenancy I'm sure. In fact there was another person with me waiting for the same property at the same time and was given same exact treatment.
