I contacted Property Plus back in June 2023 and was shown a suitable property straight away. The 1 bedroom flat (unfurnished) was ideal and fitted the bill. The rent was very fair. I was offered the flat once I’d deposited some money and proved I could fund it. Once or twice over the two years I was there I called PP and told them that some things needed fixing and they dealt with those things straight away and efficiently. When it came to moving out, an assessment of the flat was carried out and I put right those agreed issues. A really positive experience and I’d like to thank Rob Partridge at PP Lettings for making my 2 years at that flat a very positive experience.

I rented a property from Direct Residential / Property Plus for nearly 26 years. Only left the property because I have retired to The Philippines. Rob is the best agent of the many I’ve dealt with by far, not sneaky and disingenuous like the many other letting agents you will find in Brighton. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from here in the future. Genuinely kind, caring and down to earth. A lifesaver for students in particular. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Everyone calls themselves James at this company, there's one blonde guy who shows you the property's and is a theif, I've had stuff going missing over the time I've lived here, but the worst is getting my vehicles vandalisied, I had a classic motorbike vandalisied and I've also had my car which I use for work vandalisied. If they'd just said that we want you to leave then I'd have gone but instead they decided to vandalise everything that I owned and worked for to the point were I couldn't pay my rent. As I'm moving house I can see the extent of the stuff that's gone missing, 'I d imagine this guy has spat in my food. Don't deal with this scum. Find another agent.

Overall a great experience renting with Property Plus. Recommend highly for anyone renting in Brighton with a pet! After missing out on another flat we had viewed with them, Rob (who has been a super helpful point of contact from day one) helped us find a property that hadn't been advertised publicly yet. It had a lot of problems but these were sorted quickly for us to move in when we needed to. Similarly, as problems came up during our tenancy these were resolved in a timely manner and Property Plus, were always communicative and understanding. I could not be any more pleased with the check out process. After an awful experience with our previous letting agents, it was a breath of fresh air to be told we will be getting our full deposit back so promptly. This is the best letting agency in Brighton and Hove. Very professional, provided all the documents printed, plain text large font, easy to deal with and rent the property. During my stay there, they were able to quickly send for any kind of support (like for example a lock problem, when they sent the repairman within 15min, @ around 8AM, so I was not late for work).
