Our estate agent Sam McGreevy was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was always very professional, friendly and listened carefully to our wants and wishes. Sam never pressured us nor steered us away from our must haves in a property. He was always relaxed and made us feel at ease every time we met him. Sam worked endlessly to get us our dream home and we will always be grateful for him.

TrustpilotJoe and the teams at Ocean
Joe and the teams at Ocean, Downend, handled the rental of our property prior to us deciding to sell. Both the rental and sale activities were undertaken professionally, competently and with good communication. I would have no hesitation recommending Ocean to undertake either of these activities.

Melissa bell at Westbury-on-trym was absolutely brilliant during our experience and the communication throughout the whole process was great. Made sure the communication between us and the sellers were smooth and prompt, never kept us waiting on replies and left in the dark. Unlike are solicitors. If we ever had any issues they were dealt with or raised to the sellers if necessary, definitely made our process of buying a house much more easier and enjoyable.

TrustpilotWe have just sold our house & also…
We have just sold our house & also purchased through Ocean Estate. Our agent, Sam McGreevy was professional & helpful throughout, he made the whole process as easy as possible for us. We also used Ocean Solicitors for both sale & purchase too. Ella Hughes dealt with our file & really made us feel looked after. You can trust that you’re in safe hands with them! Thank you so much for all you’ve done for us.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. OCEANS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Hove.
