Oceans has been amazing! Our letting agent Amelia provided exceptional service from start to finish and made the entire process of renting a property so much easier. She was always prompt with her responses, incredibly helpful with any questions we had, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. Her kind and friendly approach made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Oceans to anyone looking for a stress-free and positive renting experience!

Tenants in particular have access to 24/7 care for managed properties. Furthermore, they are encouraged to pop into their local branch to meet relevant staff. As an independent service provider and local employer of 40 years, we continually strive to provide the best possible service for all.Thank you for your comments, however; we are at a loss as to why you would provide a negative review after your four-year tenancy. As with all negative comments, a Director investigates matters. Our Property Management team have confirmed we have no record of any outstanding property issues, indeed your property manager is not aware of any disruptions for the whole of your tenancy. We see no reason for your comments, they are contrary to the many hundreds of positive reviews from both tenants and landlords.Please feel free to get in touch directly if there are any specific matters you wish to discuss.Kind Regards, Ocean

Worst home sales agency in Bristol. Little seriousness, reliability and transparency in selling property.We made an offer to sell a flat and were told they had outbid us. Months later we notice that the same flat was sold for less than our offer.I do not recommend this agency.

In general terms, whilst all offers are presented to sellers in writing (an automated process via our operating system, and a legal requirement) offer value is one of many factors considered when choosing which one to accept, including each buyer’s position, financing and timeframes. We had bought and sold with Oceans and I would totally recommend their work and service. So friendly and professional. Things moved fast and I really appreciate their nudges to get paperwork done with our busy schedules, we never had to chase them for anything. Always had feedback on all viewings, pricing on sale and buying fair and realistic. Genuinely nice people doing a great job.

The online process was not explained very well and an unrealistic expectation of viewings was given. Once we had properly signed up - by visiting the office, which shouldn't have been necessary - the sales negotiator was excellent. She was very attentive to the detail we gave on the house before the first viewing. She was very positive and enthusiastic. All the office staff were very welcoming and wanted to help.

The staff were really helpful. They were very kind to me, and went out of their way to make my life easy. It was 30 years since I last sold a property, and I needed my hand held quite a lot! They were lovely about following up all my queries - which were many - and gently curbing my attempts to adopt my buyer.....Everyone I spoke to in the office was unfailingly helpful and polite. The literature they produced about my property was first class - the photography used on their website was really impressive. Definitely would use again!

everything from the sellers solicitors was fantastic in terms of communication and in terms of helping to process matters when things were stalled with my own solicitors. only a minor blip with regards to management company of property not being aware their the flat was even being sold and i had not been given codes for the building access to recycling and shed or energy reading area. Otherwise Ocean have been fantastic

This helped to give me peace of mind and assured me things were carrying on as they should.
