TrustpilotA minor-party sails on a pacific Ocean
My experience is in a minor situation, but one, I think, worth recording. For many years, I rented a garage from the now-deceased owner of the property. After her death, it fell to Ocean to sell the property. Ocean contacted me, in a courteous way. Although I attended one viewing, I was pleased to be confident to lend the keys. When the sale was, finally, concluded quickly, although it left me the task of vacating the garage, I had made plans; and Ocean staff were helpful and flexible, in ensuring that I could move, without undue stress. In my visits to the Westbury Office, I dealt with several members of staff - principally Melissa Bell - who all treated me with the same warmth, as if I had been a client - not a mere third-party - which was just right. As several dates were involved, I shall use the date of this review.

The staff were a pleasure to deal with. From those in the estate agency and the solicitors office. Our moving day didn’t go as planned due to the World Wide Web internet problems and phones being down in the local office, but the staff worked hard and we were eventually, and thankfully given the keys very late in the afternoon.

TrustpilotIf you want to move to your new home
If you want to move to your new home, Ocean Estate Agents are the best to go with. My wife and I recently moved to Bristol and were looking for a permanent place to live in, and after viewing few properties we meet William Jenkins on a viewing from Ocean Agents. He was really kind, helpful and genuine. We visited two properties with him were he oriented us in details and great suggestion. He made our process smooth and quick as promised. I would highly recommend him. Thank you for helping us finding our new home.

TrustpilotOcean Estate Agents - Bradley Stoke (The best)
I am not sure where to start, because Ocean Estate agents in Bradley Stoke exceeded all our expectations in every aspect. Our House selling/buying process was a very painful and drawn-out process which took 15 months (this was no fault of Ocean’s at all). I think any other estate agent would have not persevered with us for so long without seeing any financial gain. The whole team were fantastic to us throughout this period:Stefano, The best to ever do it. This man has the patience of a saint, and it was through his determination that we have managed to end up moving into our dream home. Thank you for keeping the process alive and seeing it through. Also, thank you for the honesty and openness.Liam Malone: For your steadfast effort in selling our house! Always prompt for viewings and making sure we got the best buyer for our situation. Thank you!Stefan Bates: Thank you for always stepping in when needed in both our buying and selling processes.Emily Webb: Thank you for being a gem! Your crisis management to ensure that we exchanged when we did was second to none. We are very grateful.Thank you for everything and we will not forget your hardwork and dedication. You are a credit to Ocean and to estate agents everywhere. Thank you

TrustpilotOcean Delivered
Ocean estate agents right from the start with Ella and Jess having the patience with me as I over analysed the property were so friendly. After having multiple viewings around Bristol, I noticed the welcoming professionalism stayed consistent which was never the case with other estate agent companies. Once my bid was accepted, Debbie looked after me relaying important information back and forth, keeping me in the loop and the process flowing. I found Debbie, like other Ocean staff, to be so kind and understanding, especially as I was a first time buyer. So, thanks again Ocean Estate Agents, I couldn’t have asked for better.
