Two distinct teams - sales and sale progression - both very effective in their communication of the situation. This made us confident in decision making and reassured us through the process that all was going as well as it could. Ultimately, we sold for a price acceptable to us with relatively little stress. Regarding mortgage advice, a lack of clarity around products. Watch out for 2 year fixed deals actually being 28 months and not being made aware of this before signing after weeks of doing 24 month calculations with the advisor. On reflection i feel shoehorned into a product i now regret; its hard to know what the market is doing but during a stable/slightly improving market..on reflection sticking with a variable rate for a short period and waiting for non-movement or a drop would have been better advice... not sure.. wasnt advised. Instead we were laser focused on the products on the list approaaching the renewal date. It was more 'pick from this list' rather than advice or strategy, which often required a further look to fully understand.Just feeling a bit out of pocket and could have been better.

From the initial valuation meeting with Andrew, the subsequent countless viewings that Ollie and Eddy tirelessly ran for us, and the final long hard push by Cleo to get the sale over the line (despite difficult parties being involved) just in time for Christmas, the team were amazing and we’ll be forever grateful for their help.
