Really friendly staff and helped us to find our home. They were very supportive with our decisions and helped us to secure our property. I did find, at times during the sale, we seemed to be chased for things that should have gone through the solicitor as well as being the go between the solicitor and the estate agent a fair amount. However, it was a quick and easy sale. Thank you.

Recently had a very pleasant experience with Ocean. Jemima, our agent was absolutely lovely right from the viewing through to sorting out all the paper work and admin that followed. She was so nice and was very reachable and promptly responsive throughout the entire process. It has left me with a very positive first impression of Ocean and I would choose them again in a heartbeat!

Ocean Bradley Stoke branch recently sold a property for us and through the trials and tribulations of selling a leasehold property they kept the dialogue between the two solicitors going positively.The sales coordinator at the branch kept us well informed at every stage of the sales process and in some instances was responsible for helping to move things forward.we will have no hesitation in using Ocean again when we need to sell one of our buy to let properties.

Horrible experience will not be using Ocean again. Never updating when need it, was told delays was being caused by our solicitor but it was the in-house oceans solicitor that the buyers were using causing all the issues.

I have used Ocean Property Lawyers previously for conveyancing work. They are my go to conveyancers. They are not the cheapest but I like the fact that you can pick up the phone to speak to someone, rather than the automated systems with cheaper firms. I had a tight deadline to complete. The team worked hard to achieve completion within 6 weeks. Great effort by all.
