GoogleAgency let themselves into our flat without permission! We're going to be moving out soon and King and Chasemore gave me a call to arrange a viewing. We discussed that we'd be out so they could if they have their own key. They told me they didn't have their own key and would contact the landlord and let me know. They then never reached out to tell us the outcome, so we assumed this wouldn't be happening. The next day and I get a message from my landlord, saying the agents have accessed the flat for a viewing and asking for it to be more presentable in the future. These guys literally just let themselves into our flat, when we weren't there or prepared for a viewing, then had the cheek to act like we've caused a problem. I called to discuss this and the response was "well I'm not really sure what to say" Absolute joke, completely illegal and I'd highly recommend you avoid this company like the plague. Edit* - The day after leaving this review they've called me to discuss my review, implying that I should have called and spoken to them directly before leaving a review next time. As you can see from the above review, that's exactly what I did. I highlighted this and the tone changed quickly and I could hear frustration in the ladies tone. She was saying that the landlord let them in. Surely should go without saying that an agency should be aware the landlord can't just let themselves in without permission either, so seems like a ridiculous excuse to me. Really weird attempt to settle this that's made me double down on the review above. They give off this vibe that you're the one at fault, but I'm really confused as to how they can think that when literally all I've done is complain about them accessing my home without permission. Crazy work.

GoogleKathryn Tidbury was the Lettings Co-Ordinator we dealt with. She was very warm and friendly and made my Wife and I + our daughters very relaxed from the outset, from viewing the property and throughout the entire rental process. She was professional and has a wonderful sense of kindness to her character and was always very willing to help in a diligent manner with clear information. Overall, this made our experience very positive. She represented the K&C company very well and we really do appreciate her help.

GoogleI had such a good experience as a buyer using King and Chasemore. Amanda and Josh were amazing from start to finish. I had sub par service from my lawyers, but having the constant support and advise from K&C made the whole process much easier. I felt very lucky to have them on my side, they were so easy to talk to and willing to help in any way possible at any time. I would definitely recommend them and will be back when (/if) I sell in the future 100%.
