GoogleSimon, Amy and the team at Healy & Newsom were amazing! I highly recommend them. They were fast, professional, fun to deal with, and very nice people. The valuation that Simon gave us was excellent and the house sold very quickly. When the negotiations were in full swing, Simon really showed his expertise, keeping everyone up to date and managing the process beautifully, to the satisfaction of both seller and buyer. They are excellent agents. Put your house on with them!

GoogleWhen we were looking to buy a property in Hove some years ago, Simon and Rob were by far the friendliest and most proactive agents we met with. So from then we knew that if we sold we would use them. We did, and we weren’t disappointed. They priced the property correctly, they knew the prospective buyers and their positions, they advised us on the best marketing strategy. We found a buyer quickly and the great service continued with weekly progression calls that undoubtedly helped us achieve exchange of contracts and completion within 3 months of accepting the offer. We are really grateful to the whole team at Healy & Newsom for all their efforts and for making the whole process as stress free as it could be!

Despite a few ‘hiccups’ and a longer process than expected they stuck with it and did so with an unbelievable amount of calmness, professionalism and more importantly humour! So nice to have such a local business with so much knowledge, experience and with such a friendly and caring team..thank your all your hard work, we’re so glad we had you with us as we didn’t have a clue 😂 We will actually miss speaking to you! GoogleSelling a property is always somewhat challenging, so it's nice to have an Estate Agent who is easy to get hold of and is open and responsive. Simon was always happy to talk things through and give advice without being pushy. I was very happy with the support provided, and the charges were very reasonable.

So professional, friendly, calm and good humoured when it came to a particularly long sale process and chain. To begin with we were really impressed with the local knowledge of H&N and their responsiveness to all our questions. Amy Tinsley prepared a beautiful description of our property and is a joy to deal with. With Simon’s help we received a very good sale price and most importantly, Simon was always available with good practical help and support during the sale process. I have seen other people mention in their reviews that this firm is really unique and makes you feel part of the H&N family. This is so true! GoogleWe chose Healy & Newsom for their local expertise and because Rob was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy when he came round to value our flat. It was definitely the right decision! The whole team were proactive, responsive and friendly throughout and managed to secure us two buyers at a price we were happy with (as the first one unfortunately fell through). We ended up working mostly with Simon which was a pleasure. He stayed in regular contact after we'd completed the chain, was patient with my questions and was proactive in seeing it through to exchange. If you're selling a property in Hove, I can't recommend Healy & Newsome enough! Thanks Rob, Simon and Amy.

GoogleI have worked with many estate agents over the years, but Healy & Newson are at the top of their game. When Simon first came to view the apartment, he was warm and friendly and spent over an hour assessing my needs and getting a feel for the apartment. As you would expect from a high end firm, Simon knew the market extremely well and had certainly done his homework. What was really impressive was his ability to adjust his valuation and pre-visit assessment based on his viewing and feeling the life of the property and the estate. When I went to the office, I was greeted like I had become part of a little family. Their joyful rapport and banter with each other created a warmth more akin to that of a group of friends than an office. Everyone mirrored that professional experience which impressed me from the start. Everyone was up to speed and knew everything about the property. Options were laid before me, there was no pressure just friendly support and guidance. I can't praise the company enough. What they have achieved is a class act; professional and courteous. You are left feeling that they care more about the person sat in front of them than simply the sale of a property! I should say, I achieved more for more property than valued by other agents, who were cold and officious. Healy and Newson offered the best terms - being 0.5% under that of competitors. Well done guys and thank you so much.

His friendly , honest approach made me feel confident in my decision making. Although I had done the usual thing of instantly falling in love with a property, Healy & Newson seemed to have the broadest range of properties in the area and I liked that they knew every property intimately and had great knowledge of the local area. Everyone knows buying a house can be filled with anxiety, but for the first time ever, I was kept informed every step of the way and thanks to Simon and Healy & Newson I’m delighted I’ll be completing in the new year. Rob and the team did not disappoint. Amy took great care with the particulars and Jo conducted viewings with real attention to detail.
