Simon values properties very well, with a clear amount of experience and knowledge of the area. He has a vast network of potential buyers, who were booked in immediately after both listings. And he is a fantastic negotiator. What really sets him apart from other agents though is his absolute tenacity in getting the sale completed. Any hiccups, up or down the chains, he fixes wherever possible. GoogleWhen you move house it's vital that you engage agents who can sell the property but who also go that extra mile to ensure that it progresses to completion. We engaged Healy and Newsom because we thought they would offer what a good local, independent estate agent does best. They exceeded our expectations. We were able to move house because Rob Fane, from Healy & Newsom, kept his finger on the pulse and solved problems caused by others higher up the chain. His perseverance and persistence were outstanding, always keeping us informed and going well beyond what you could expect to make things happen. We are not easily impressed but Healy & Newsom were outstanding and I would strongly recommend them to others. Moving house is stressful, Healy & Newsom made it less so. GoogleThe team at Healy were great throughout our sale process which was less than straight forward. We picked them because of their great knowledge of the local area and friendly and professional manner. Unfortunately we lost a buyer when the country went into lockdown in March / April, but the team managed to find another buyer within a few weeks. The aftercare process was really good and they helped to liase with our buyer and their solicitor to ensure as smooth a process as possible. GoogleWe recently bought our first home and Healy & Newsom were the Estate Agent for the Vendors. As it was our first home, we were unsure of the usual processes and everything was new for us. Simon, Rob and Jo guided us through the whole journey, from showing us round at the first viewing to handing over the keys once we had completed. Always there on the end of the phone or email, and incredibly prompt is responding to questions, however small. I would highly recommend, and will be using them again in the future.

GoogleThe H&N team are prompt and helpful. My enquiries were competently, pleasantly dealt with. When a decision-maker escalation was needed, it happened. It's almost never smooth sailing and we, clients also need to pay attention. Definitely recommendable for a life experience, where hand-holding support makes the endless waiting, a fraction easier.

GoogleEveryone at Healy & Newsom was friendly, efficient, and helpful when we purchased our house through them. When the various solicitors involved our the chain were not communicating as quickly as they could have, the people at Healy & Newsom worked hard to keep things on track. And in between exchange and completion they've helped to ensure everything went smoothly on the day of the move. I'd highly recommend them!
