GoogleHaving been on the receiving end of Healy&Newsom’s services (prospective buyer), I appreciated their flexibility and friendliness. No hard sell techniques in sight. Special shoutout to Alex, who’s been wonderful throughout. The sale didn't get through, but they kept alerting me to very well selected potential properties that matched our requirements very well - unlike other agents that just spammed us.

GoogleEstate agents have a bad reputation, but my experience with Healy & Newsom has been nothing but positive. I recently bought my first flat, and the team were knowledgable at viewings, kept me informed at every step of the way, and were proactive in pushing things forward - they really do care! GoogleWe have been absolutely delighted with Simon and his team at Healy & Newson. From the outset, Simon valued our house with a great deal of knowledge and expertise. He identified just about every feature of our house we had painstakingly created or restored to be faithful to the original house. He completely understood the rationale behind every decision we had made and we immediately knew we were dealing with the right estate agent. The sales staff were equally friendly and knowledgeable and gave us valuable feedback from each viewing. It can be a very stressful time moving, but we found it easier to remain calm with Simon and Amy providing reassuring comments at difficult times. Simon And I share an interest in our love of surfing and sometimes it was nice to chat about something different just to put everything into perspective. Overall, we have been very happy with the entire experience and would not hesitate to recommend them if you are thinking of moving. GoogleWe used Healy and Newsom to manage the sale of our lower ground floor flat in Hove. We were really taken with Simon’s enthusiasm for our property and were drawn to the classy and professional style of the H&N marketing. The whole team were very efficient in helping us find the right buyer for our flat and provided prompt feedback from viewings. We also purchased a property and were part of a large chain. Lisa was instrumental in communicating with all links in the chain to aid the progression of the sale and purchases. Without Lisa, we feel the chain would have collapsed on multiple occasions! We would highly recommend Healy and Newsom and would undoubtedly use their services again in the future.

GoogleWe recently used Healy and Newsom for the sale of our bungalow in Hove. This sale turned out to be a somewhat complex affair, but I have to say that Simon and his team were first class and very professional throughout the whole process. We were always kept fully updated, and Simon pulled out all the stops to achieve an exchange and completion in record time. Would thoroughly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI can whole heartily recommend Healy & Newson as a must Agent to speak with if you're looking to buy or sell in Hove. We had a very long buy cycle due to our chain breaking a few times. Simon and Amy were incredible, they stuck with us throughout and continued to help and support us whether it was advice, or going above and beyond to assist our search. In a competitive market like Hove it's key to have an agent you trust. We dealt with pretty much every single agency in Hove and we felt the advice and knowledge from H&N was the most accurate and realistic. They were never pushy and enabled us to finally make a very happy move!

GoogleProfessionalism from start to finish! Every person was super responsive and dealt with each query efficiently as they came up. Issue with a buyer who was playing a silly game of looking but not buying was swiftly resolved and extra effort put in to find another buyer in a short timeframe. Would throughly recommend.
