YellFraudulent sharks
Fraudulent be careful insisted on 6 months in advance before seeing that the flat has a foot hole in the floor broken floor boards basically paid removals to discover that the “ redecorated” flat was not suitable for living had to go back to old flat lost money on removals, days of work lots of stress living on boxes have to now look again I do believe floors are a the bare minimum in a flat

GoogleIt was a great experience to find our flat with Ellmans. Oliver and Lauren are just amazing and they do a really good job. Always there to help and make your moving a little bit less stressful. I highly recommend them!

GoogleWhen the only accessible way for me is the phone call, email and voicemails and I haven't received an answer for the past months, it indicates unprofessional behaviour. Lettings department never answers the calls no matter what time you're gonna call. What else am I supposed to do to request details for a property? Guess what. Other agencies do answer their phones. A very Dodgy agency. They fully neglected my rent offer, kept on having viewings for people who were more “desirable” to them and told me that they are yet to receive a decision from the landlord on my offer. A bunch of deceptive people, highly recommend not going to this agency.

GoogleI rented a flat from Ellman’s a month ago and have so far found them quick to respond to queries and pleasant to deal with. Both Lauren and Ollie have been helpful and friendly.

I've actually only rented a garage, but had no problems at all contacting by phone, arranging a convenient viewing, and signing agreement paperwork. Would happily recommend to others and use again myself.

We choose Ellmans as Rental Agency as they also manage the whole building which keeps things simple. Overall are proving to be effective in managing the property although, occasionally, we need to chase them for an update. Most importantly, they have found tenants and minimised the time the property has been vacant and their payments to us are always on time.

GoogleWe've been having trouble with our landlord and Ellmans have been trying to help us as much as they can. I previously wrote a rather narrow minded review which in recent events it has become obvious that this was never Ellmans fault, this is my apology to Ellmans and also thanking them for giving us as much help as they can in this crappy situation.

Clueless, un-organised, no customer services- takes weeks to a response. 16 months in one of their properties and still battling for repairs to be fixed and compensation they broke our contract countless times. GoogleI had some maintenance work done in January, they ruined my furniture . I am trying to have this sorted since January. I have been dealing with Amy, at block management, she even stopped replying my email and today she hung up the phone while I was talking. Really impressed by the rudeness of this person. Not professional at all.
