GoogleI had some maintenance work done in January, they ruined my furniture . I am trying to have this sorted since January. I have been dealing with Amy, at block management, she even stopped replying my email and today she hung up the phone while I was talking. Really impressed by the rudeness of this person. Not professional at all.

GoogleWe have been using Ellmans for many years and found them very helpful. They both manage and arrange letting for us, the personnel touch from the staff is important to us. We used to use a national agent, they were expensive and used a call centre, we are glad we moved.

YellDO NOT USE ELLMANS
Haven't had any heating since February 11th 2021 (It's currently 24/07/2021/). Boiler has just broken and leaked over all of our possessions, no emergency contact details available to help. DO NOT USE ELLMANS. THEY HAVE NO REGARDS FOR THEIR TENANTS.

Very poor, terrible customer service, letters demanding money when letter was not sent to correct address. Today letter sent for payment when already paid, made worse by body or letter in capital letters.
