GoogleCareful. 40% of people do not get their deposit back. They also take holding deposits of a full months rent and then rent the proper To someone else.. and then do not return that holding deposit! Be cautious! They will be in court soon!

GoogleThey are joke. We are looking to buy and were Interested in on of they properties. Called the office and asked to speak with someone in sale. She said that they are busy at the moment. She’s took my details to pass it on. After more than 36 hours and contacted them 10 times still she’s saying that they are busy and can I have your details to pass it on to sales department. I think either are so busy that can’t make a phone call or didn’t bother to call the costumers??? I do not recommend them to anyone at all. 👎👎👎👎

GoogleWorst estate agent ever. They took money from our deposit because they need to clean the house for next tenant but when we moved in a 3 bed house it was not clean,toilet were dirty ( builders were working and using toilet and kitchen which were cleaned by us ) carpet and wardrobe were not provided for 4 weeks. We clean the whole house by ourselves. The exact wording they said we need spotless house ......are you kidding me . We lived in this house and paid rent . What do they want live there and not touch anything. Don’t cook and don’t use toilets. Will never recommend to anyone . Please be aware and took pictures as soon as you moved in property and send them by email and keep record .

GoogleVery poor service and communication, they only support the landlord and do nothing for the tenants, terrible!!!!!!! They have no control over any issue, been chasing over 3 months for a minor issue but no necessary actions have been taken, I wish I could give them 0 stars
