UPDATE: After ringing in and requesting to liaise with Amrit, I was informed he cannot help me and to speak with another member, Unfortunately after asking politely for a phone call back from Amrit, I was responded to with a harsh tone about how this is not going to happen which immediately has put a sour taste with RPS. Certain members make a difference to a company and I will not work with anyone who cannot conduct business in a professional manner.

We definitely recommend RPS agents. Their service is fantastic and very professional. we have been hunting for a good place since January this year and until April we were not able to find one. It was by chance I called Mohammed from RPS and I would really recommend his service to anyone. Due to his many years of professional experience and his good relationships with the landlord, he was able to secure the apartment for us. He was quick and very transparent and professional. We just had 4 days left to move from the previous place and due to Mohammed's sincere and out-of-office work, he ensured we get the keys on time and move in at the right time. we can't thank enough the RPS team and Mohammed for the service. on the day of move, Mohammed handed over the keys and all the necessary documents. Used RPS to sell a property in the Heston area and was impressed at how responsive they were. With stamp duty freeze deadlines and a few issues with buyers dragging their heels, RPS marketed the property to get us multiple offers and worked hard to get the house sold by our deadline. Avoid this agency the director kabir babber does not give tenants there deposit back and trys to keep tenants money he makes excuses saying it takes 3 months for them to get deposit back even when i the landlord have agreed for the tenants to get their deposit back in full. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone, they play ball and fire with landlords and tenants money. I have seen so many staff in this office come and go, because the the way the staff are treated and the staff have seen how this management play with landlords and tenants moneys Please avoid at all costs. Avoid this estate agents , bunch of liars and money scandling . In response to agent reply The DPS certificate you gave to my tenants show its in an INSURED scheme this means you as agents hold the deposit and you have not given this to DPS ,i also have proof of this. To be honest a person by the name of Mohammad Butt messed me about alot whilst he was working for this company

This agency is a fraud. They will pretend in the beginning and be professional because they want you to rent with them. However, when it is time for them to give you your deposit back they are rude and disrespectful, hanging up the phone on you or ignoring your emails altogether. When Muhammad was there, he was professional, however the women who work there have no idea what manners is and have no class.They are liars, cheats and scammers. I have reported them to Trading Standards and I hope they fine and close them down.

All was agreed by both parties to return my deposit with a deduction for some additional cleaning. Like Nadeem their lack of communication is terrible. This Agent is a fraud company.They took our deposit £1750 saying all your reference are good. And gave the house to some one else. We ask our deposit, they said 7 working day and now it’s 15 working. Still nothing. They won’t reply to any of our emails. Keep making excuses. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
