FacebookI recently had the misfortune of dealing with this letting agency that has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. Not only have they failed to provide any information regarding the whereabouts of my deposit, but their lack of communication and unresponsiveness has added insult to injury. It has now been a month since I vacated the property, and I am still in the dark about the status of my deposit. Despite my relentless efforts to contact the agency, including numerous phone calls and emails, they have consistently ignored my attempts to reach out to them. It is disheartening to experience such a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. The absence of any response to my inquiries has left me feeling neglected and taken advantage of. As a tenant, I expected transparency and promptness when it came to the return of my deposit. Instead, I have encountered a wall of silence from this letting agency, which is completely unacceptable. Communication is a fundamental aspect of any business, and this agency has demonstrated a complete disregard for this principle. It is not only infuriating but also raises concerns about their commitment to their clients and their overall level of competence. Furthermore, the inability to locate my deposit adds insult to injury. As a tenant, I entrusted them with a significant sum of money, expecting it to be handled responsibly and returned promptly at the end of my tenancy. Their failure to fulfill this basic obligation is both unprofessional and unethical. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through this agency to think twice. The lack of communication, unresponsiveness, and apparent mismanagement of deposits are red flags that cannot be ignored. It is essential to choose a letting agency that values their tenants and demonstrates transparency and professionalism throughout the rental process. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has fallen far short of these expectations. In conclusion, I would not recommend this letting agency to anyone. Their inability to provide information about my deposit, combined with their complete disregard for communication, has resulted in a deeply frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Tenants deserve better treatment and accountability from their letting agency, and this particular agency has failed miserably in delivering on those expectations.
They are absolute disgrace ! They haven’t paid our rent for 3 weeks & we have had to pay the mortgage. Did you get it back

GoogleA big thank you to Harmit Bansi who went above and beyond to secure our sale. With a difficult chain and awful solicitors this transaction was close to collapse a number of times but Harmit kept everything together and managed all the stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome Everyone loves to hate estate agents but RPS earned every penny of their commission. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RPS to friends and family.

FacebookThe Agent has not responded to a single email or call of mine for 2 and 4 months respectively. They have held on to my property keys.since February and have yet to pay me the final months rent which the tenant had paid. Been with the agent for 4 years and very good agent initially but in the last 12-18 months have been horrendous. Recent members of the team have been abysmal.
I agree we are having the same experience , what did you do ? The agency has not paid our rent monies …& we have had to pay mortgage ourselves. Please do a review on google …

David went over and beyond to find me a property and secured it for the best possible price. Advice was given throughout the whole process. Not only David but the whole team, Harmit, Amrit and Mohammed came across very professional. Recommend this team for buying and selling.

FacebookNever use this agency they are a disgrace. No one comes back to you. Rent has not paid for 2-3 weeks. My elderly mum had to pay out of our own pocket. Kabir Babber the owner is in Dubai and not sure what this company is up to. ! Still waiting on response.
