Mr. Param Virdee is a very helpful and capable property manager. He resolved the return mails problem fir me as a tenant. There were many Royal mails belonged to landlord, who is living in London, delivered to my address in Manchester. Given the fact that I don't know landlord's address. Mr. Param Virdee informed landlord to update his/her address with respective parties and asked the local property agent to collect all mails from me for redirect to landlord.

When we first moved in to our flat managed by Johns&Co we had a very unresponsive property manager that left issues unaddressed. Its been 2.5 years and thankfully that person has moved on. Our new property manager, Terry, has done a wonderful job in adding the right amount of urgency to get our maintenance issue addressed by the landlord. We just renewed our tenancy in part due to this service.

Johns & Co has taken care of my property since its completion about 4-5 years ago. While there have been some changes in the property manager over the years, the current property manager (Brookes Nickless) has been very thoughtful and thorough in the whole coordination process between the landlord and the tenants. His taking an extra mile has resulted in savings in the R&M costs to the landlord without sacrificing the convenience/comfort of the existing good tenants. This is particularly important these days in face of the rising interest cost to the landlord and higher rental expense to the tenants.

Trustpilotunprofessional and negative experience with city island/new providence wharf office.
My time and experience with them was a total mess starting from March 2023, filled with low transparency and poor communication. Avoid them and do not recommend!1. Even though they knew the property was listed for sale, they orally promised the tenants no viewings to make the deal without letting the landlord know. When I asked for further understanding of the situation, updates on viewing concerns and the sale status via email and whatsapp on 6th September, the responses were significantly delayed for 2 months!!!2. During the following disputes with the tenants, the agents didn't lift a finger to help until I brought this attention to them seriously. Managing property and communicating with tenants are the main responsibilities of a full-manager letting agent. Instead of finding solutions, they just badmouthed the tenants and said they were vocal and difficult to manage. 3. After replacing new tenants, getting updates on viewings was like pulling teeth. I had to chase them down through every possible channel just to find out what was going on with my property. Whereas I got email notifications on every viewing from other agents and regular viewing and feedback updates.4. I found out the tenants wanted fewer viewings from another agent again not with Johns&Co who is are fully managed agent. They had the info and couldn't be bothered to update the landlord. Carrying out appropriately all contractual duties, taking proper care of landlords' interests and keeping them informed are key principles of an agent. However, their lack of transparency, delayed responses, and failure to prioritise landlords' interests highlight a low level of unprofessionalism. Do not let your property be managed by Johns & Co, they are an agent with poor service, incompetence and unreliability.
