They're lovely to deal with, have always kept us up to date, are on hand whenever we need to speak to them whether they're in the office or not, and have worked hard to make sure that everything sticks together. Julian and James in particular have been brilliant and we appreciate everything that they've done.

Poor experience

As a landlord, I cannot recommend this agency. They have high staff turnover, are extremely disorganized, blatantly mis-inform, and oversee shoddy maintenance. The experience from the POV of the tenant seems to be just as poor. The sales team blatantly over-promises, then the landlord is left trying to understand why they are on the hook for things they explicitly did not agree to. Really a horrible experience all around.
