Advice on sale of flat

I went to the Docklands branch and spoke to Tushar about the sale of my property. A very constructive meeting - Tushar clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience, which really put me at ease, (thankfully, as I know from experience how stressful selling one’s home can be). I came away with a good idea of how I want to move forward and checklist of the things that need to be done. JD Wood took over the sale of my property in Chiswick after a far from satisfactory experience with a high-profile estate agent. From first contact my experience has been excellent. Along the route to securing my sale they kept me well informed and were always available to discuss any queries. At the point of receiving offers and making my decision, again their support was excellent especially considering the decision was made on 24th December and Will and Julian were "out of office" they went above and beyond to provide input to support my decision making. We had a tricky sale in an already tricky housing market. Our first “sale” fell through. Then the second buyers’ mortgage company refused to lend to them until we had foam spray insulation removed from our loft. This eventually led to the entire roof being replaced, with all the accompanying delays.
