Hi,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and for leaving us a 3 star review.All the for sale/to rent information on Zoopla is provided to us by the estate agents advertising the properties, when uploading their properties to Zoopla we request they mark the property as ‘shared accommodation’ if this is the case but unfortunately it seems sometimes this is not done resulting in our users finding listings in search results they did not expect.Our aim is to ensure that all information on our site is as comprehensive and accurate as possible so next time you see this it would be very helpful if you could select the ‘report listing error’ option on the right hand side of the page. We will then investigate the issue further by speaking to the agent advertising the property.In the meantime you can further refine your property search in the ‘For sale’ or ‘To rent’ listings by using the keywords filter to search for properties that include specific words, such as garden.
