This is my favourite property search app. What I like most about is it's easy to customise a search for certain criteria with key words like 'coach house' which you can't do with Rightmove. Then get instant email alerts. If I'd done this straight away I'd probably have found somewhere sooner!

The website is great and the search filters work well. Unfortunately, agents can misuse the site and often don't update properties when they are under offer as they want people to ring to get them on their books. It is a huge waste of time and Zoopla do nothing about this.

I am an estate agent named Property market hub located in M19, on top of my standard subscription of £467 per month I have been offered another package called valuation booster which cost another £336 per month where Zoopla send details of vendors who are interested to sell their properties, for the last 3 months we received 98 valuation enquiries from Zoopla, we replied to each one and out of the 98 there was only 6 genuine want to sell valuation requests and the rest were only enquiring to check how much equity or for re-mortgage purposes or to buy the house from the housing associations and many others with fake contact details.we raised an enquiry with my Zoopla account manager called my account manager who promised to investigate this matter, He came back to me to confirm that out of 98 valuation requests in 3 Months there was 5 properties put on the market! I made a complaint by email and I had a response from his manager who confirmed that nothing can be done about this and 5 leads was a good result out of 98.Now each these valuation requests are sent to anything between 5 and 11 Estate agents so physically 98 enquiries were sent to at least 5 estate agents which means 5 estate agents were paying £336 per month over 3 Months (£336 x 5 agents x 3 months = £5040) and that is only worked out for 5 agents which is the minimum, this is only for 5 genuine sales. TOTAL SCAM

It's great that properties are shown but it would be much better if there were additional filters so that properties could be excluded from showing - I appreciate that it would need extra data being fed from Estate Agents but the current filtering is pretty poor for my requirements.
