Buying a property being sold via Dexters was one of the worst experiences of my life. They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.

GoogleI have been a tenant through another Dexters branch before and it was less than pleasant however this office made it much easier and so I was very happy.
A welcome surprise was the Property Manager, Anna, getting in touch after moving in and so far we have had a very easy time settling in and any questions/ problems have been looked into with no fuss. If she keeps it up for the rest of the Tenancy I'll be very happy!

Incompetent top to bottom.I rent out nearly 30 properties with Dexters and have done so for a number of years. Their letting service has always been very patchy but recently they have surpassed themselves by getting pretty much every transaction wrong. Go elsewhere (as I am going to do).
