Decided to go against my doubt for estate agents and called Dexters to see if they could arrange a viewing for me. I can highly recommend Dexters, especially the very helpful staff member (Tyler Dennis) who was very proactive and helpful in catering to my property preferences. I appreciated the level of honesty and his easygoing approach in dealing with what is now a "crazy" property market.

The Notting Hill property manager Chris McCandlish is especially wonderful, even coming by the flat after hours to help us out with an issue themselves.

Received really proactive support from Christian Pengelly, who saved me a huge cost for gas consumption. I didn't know about the over billing and was about to pay. Christian contacted me and warned the potential over billing, what I should do, and supported all comms with the gas supplier. Incredible, thanks a lot!!

I have recently reported a couple of issues and the property managers have responded quickly and sorted them out within a reasonable time. Staff working in the property management team and the contractors have been so far helpful, professional and friendly. One suggestion for improvemenr: having a dedicated phone line or chat, or access to an online form to report non-emergency issues.

GoogleI have been with Dexters Isleworth office for many years now - as a UK and overseas landlord. I have a small property which has been rented out by them for nearly 10 years - despite my property being small - the Isleworth office (under Jimmy's management) as been excellent, they have provided honest, trustworthy and a highly professional service. No matter how small (or big) the property - as a landlord - the service they provide is fantastic. They ensure that they find the 'best fit tenant' by doing through checks - I have had no issues with any tenants provided by Dexters. No job is too small for them - as an overseas landlord - I need a company I can trust and hand over. Dexters despite it being a large UK company - give excellent PERSONAL service to all. If you are a landlord in the Isleworth area - I would ask that you give Dexters an opportunity.
