I used Dexter a few years ago to market one of my properties. Oh boy ! It wasn’t a very good experience, as I was under constant pressure to lower the price by an arrogante agent. A few years pass and here I am again selling another property and I decided to give Dexter a second chance, and I must say, I’m very pleased I did. The Isleworth branch was very accommodating and professional, no pressure, quiet the opposite, very positive, they made extra efforts to show the property when sometimes circumstances did not help. stay away from them if you could. The most unprofessional agent i have ever dealt with, no response in emails, not answering calls while team members clearly do not communicate. I had my flat on market by them and they would automatically confirm viewings at my place without notifying me in advance and warn me that they have my key if i am not around while i am extremely uncomfortable with it (and this is during covid time)
