Related to Property Management: below-standardWe have been waiting for 4 FULL working days, and a weekend for someone to come out and fix a dishwasher. Unacceptable delay, made worse by the fact the contractor needs to buy a spare part, which will cause more delay. They have no clear SLA with the (cheap) contractor, nor do they seem to want to share their complaints process.
