GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Lila during my apartment search, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. She found great options that fit what I was looking for and even helped negotiate with landlords to get the terms I wanted, which you don’t see from agents all the time. On top of that, Lila is just a really pleasant person to work with, easygoing and professional without any pressure. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable agent.

Worst experience with the agency, I decided to move out the apartment earlier because living conditions were unbearable. As such early tenancy move outs require a penalty, I was told by an agent a sum and that it is a fixed amount regardless if they will find a new tenant or I will, the total sum stays the same.Come to find out 2 months later that this in fact was not true and I could’ve saved almost 2K if I found a tenant myself. Agent was denying ever saying those terms to me to the point it was easier to pay the sum than start the negotiations with big agency. Would not recommend to use them or be very careful with every communication and have it crystal clear via emails.

Everything was fine and then we moved in. Loads of issues loads of non working or non closing doors. The fridge that was supposed to be replaced has never been replaced. All the emails have been ignored and no maintenance work has been done. Leaking roof makes living in 1 room impossible but the emails are being ignored. Calling them you only get a question how bad is it??? What do you mean how bad is it??? So for over a year there has not been any help from them. But they expect you to jump as soon as they need something. I hope its only this branch that is so incompetent and others are better.....

GoogleBoth George Whitburn and George Steer were innovative in their thinking and pragmatic and patient in their approach to a tricky purchase. (Husband and wife divorcing, so delays and disruptions at times.) However, got there in the end and purchased a very lovely garden flat. Appreciate all the effort put in to make this happen!

Everyone knows that you can get a lot of fluff and flannel from estate agents. Emma is a little different in that she does not seem fearful or avoidant of telling the truth.

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Joseph Kwaw to arrange a new tenancy. Top service from him, and helped with all ours needs from viewing through to getting the keys. We have had a lot of upgrading work done to a house that had not had a change of tenant for many years, only to then find we needed additional works when it was declared a HMO. Chris and Pam have given us excellent service and achieved this with the tenants in situ, and in difficult circumstances while Covid was still a factor.
