Really great experience. When we asked for approval to upgrade some kitchen appliances, our account manager Neil went out of his way to talk to the landlord, not only obtaining approval but also a split cost agreement and managing to find the same appliances at a cheaper discounted price. Thanks!

We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. We have worked with Claire Gallagher-Doherty at Dexter's to let our properties for many years. Things are run smoothly, rents paid on time and they have found good, solid tenants that stay for long leases. The tenants seem happy and well looked after as well as the properties. GoogleI have been more than happy with the Dexters letting service and have been particularly impressed with the work of Kate Stevens, who works in the Chiswick office. Our current rental with another agency has been somewhat problematic. Kate assuaged our fears from the off in helping us finalise our move to a new home. She was professional, informative but most importantly has a skill that few people have. The ability to listen and understand the requirements of customers. Kate enabled a positive negotiation with the landlord, provided professional advice of our rights as tenants, helped us through the paperwork step-by-step and has been always available to answer questions, during the day, evenings and weekends. When she has not been available due to her work load she has always communicated with us at the earliest opportunity. In short, Kate has been polite, professional, helpful and diplomatic and a good advert for Dexters. I would be pleased for her to work for us again should we require a move in the future. I shall also be recommending her work to friends for their future moves.

GoogleAfter registering with pretty much every estate agent in Chiswick, Dexters were by far the best and Natasha in particular has been a total dream! They paid great attention to what we were looking for and sent us lots of relevant properties within our budget/requirements. Natasha was so accommodating when it came to arranging viewings, sorting paperwork and everything else, making the whole process seem so easy. Thanks to Natasha we found a super new home. I 100% recommend Dexters Chiswick!
