I met John from Dexters when I asked for a valuation for selling my parents house who unfortunately passed away this year. He really knew his stuff and was so keen to help that we chose Dexters. I really needed estate agents who I could just depend on and John and his team came up trumps; from advice, valuation, getting the right price and giving us the right news at the right time. I never needed to call him to chase anything and loved his efficiency and friendly expertise. After the offer was agreed, George managed the rest of the sale. He always made himself available and similarly kept me in touch with any updates and really making sure everything kept moving, right up to exchange, it was great to have support, expertise and be able to get any advice needed throughout. I'm just so impressed! I wish I had more houses to sell!

We recently moved into our apartment. Unfortunately the apartment had issues but the maintenance team were fantastic. I really appreciate how Petros helped me resolved every issue, he walked me through it and checked that everything was completed. The Dexter’s management team are so supportive and helpful. Issues were quickly resolved.

Donalina has been instrumental in keeping me updated with an issue I reported around a water leak in a flat above mine. She always called me and for me that’s the best thing about her. So many times I engage with agents who say they’ll call back and it never happens. Not the case with Donalina. Very good 👍🏽.

We recently moved into our new rental house with help from Ashley at Dexters Battersea. Ashley has been super helpful throughout the whole rental process. Very professional, effective, thoughtful, and perfect in following up and giving updates. We are very impressed with the service that Ashley provided. We were dealing with another Real Estate company when looking for a rental house in the same area, and we were so glad that we went with Dexters but not the other company which happened to carry the same house we rented through Dexters!

A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.
