Rented a flat through Dexters Chiswick earlier this year. I have to say I really appreciated how brilliant dexters were especially the agent Natalie. Information about the flat was clear and plentiful throughout the process. Never felt under any pressure to make an offer or a decision straight after a viewing. Whenever I had a question it was answered very quickly via email or telephone. When it came to the tenancy application, it was a very smooth and easy process. Not only was Natalie very helpful with this, other staff at the chiswick office were always able to answer any questions and be helpful. Whenever I went into the office staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Really excellent service overall.

Worst experience with the agency

Worst experience with the agency, I decided to move out the apartment earlier because living conditions were unbearable. As such early tenancy move outs require a penalty, I was told by an agent a sum and that it is a fixed amount regardless if they will find a new tenant or I will, the total sum stays the same.Come to find out 2 months later that this in fact was not true and I could’ve saved almost 2K if I found a tenant myself. Agent was denying ever saying those terms to me to the point it was easier to pay the sum than start the negotiations with big agency. Would not recommend to use them or be very careful with every communication and have it crystal clear via emails.

They just don't care

Everything was fine and then we moved in. Loads of issues loads of non working or non closing doors. The fridge that was supposed to be replaced has never been replaced. All the emails have been ignored and no maintenance work has been done. Leaking roof makes living in 1 room impossible but the emails are being ignored. Calling them you only get a question how bad is it??? What do you mean how bad is it??? So for over a year there has not been any help from them. But they expect you to jump as soon as they need something. I hope its only this branch that is so incompetent and others are better.....

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Joseph Kwaw to arrange a new tenancy. Top service from him, and helped with all ours needs from viewing through to getting the keys.
